These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TRAVNEXUS website, applications, software, APIs and related services.

By registering an account or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About TRAVNEXUS

TRAVNEXUS is a business-to-business travel technology platform designed exclusively for travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, travel consultants and other travel businesses.

Our platform enables users to:

  • Create travel itineraries
  • Access B2B hotel inventory
  • Manage customer enquiries
  • Generate quotations
  • Manage invoices
  • Manage CRM operations
  • Book hotels through integrated suppliers
  • Manage fixed departures
  • Submit group flight requests
  • Access travel leads marketplace
  • Use other travel management tools made available on the platform

TRAVNEXUS acts as a technology platform and does not own or operate hotels, airlines, transport companies or sightseeing providers unless specifically stated.

2. Eligibility

You may use TRAVNEXUS only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are authorised to represent your travel business.
  • You provide accurate registration information.
  • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to reject or suspend registrations at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information.
  • Protecting your login credentials.
  • All activities performed through your account.
  • Updating your profile whenever information changes.

You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Depending on your subscription or access level, TRAVNEXUS may provide:

  • Customer Management
  • Invoice Management
  • Calendar & Follow-up Management

  • Additional services introduced from time to time

Features may change without prior notice as part of ongoing product improvements.

5. Travel Bookings

Bookings made through TRAVNEXUS may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

These include:

  • Hotels
  • Airlines
  • Transport Operators
  • Activity Providers
  • Destination Management Companies (DMCs)

Availability, pricing, cancellation policies and service quality remain the responsibility of the respective supplier.

TRAVNEXUS facilitates access to supplier inventory but is not responsible for supplier performance.

6. Pricing

Hotel prices, flight fares and other travel services displayed on the platform are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Supplier confirmation
  • Seasonal changes
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Taxes
  • Government regulations

Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
  • Provide accurate traveller information.
  • Obtain customer consent before processing traveller data.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Comply with all applicable travel regulations.
  • Avoid fraudulent or misleading bookings.

Users shall not:

  • Attempt to hack or interfere with platform operations.
  • Copy or reverse engineer the software.
  • Share login credentials.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Use automated bots without written permission.

8. Travel Leads Marketplace

Travel leads available on TRAVNEXUS are provided for business use only.

Users agree that:

  • Lead quality may vary.
  • Purchase of a lead does not guarantee a confirmed booking.
  • Leads may not always result in sales.
  • Purchased leads are non-transferable.

TRAVNEXUS does not guarantee conversion rates.

9. Fixed Departures

TRAVNEXUS provides technology for managing fixed departures.

The responsibility for:

  • Pricing
  • Inventory
  • Departure confirmations
  • Tour operations
  • Inclusions
  • Exclusions
  • Visa requirements

remains with the organiser or supplier.

10. Group Flight Requests

TRAVNEXUS facilitates the submission and management of group flight enquiries.

Flight confirmation depends on:

  • Airline approval
  • Seat availability
  • Fare validity
  • Supplier confirmation

Submission of a request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

11. Payments

Payments for services may be processed through authorised payment gateways.

TRAVNEXUS reserves the right to suspend services in case of:

  • Payment failures
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Violation of these Terms

12. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, designs, logos, source code, graphics, documents and technology available on TRAVNEXUS remain the exclusive property of BYO Travelcations Private Limited.

Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Modify
  • Resell
  • Distribute
  • Reverse engineer

any part of the platform without written permission.

13. Platform Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Software upgrades
  • Internet outages
  • Third-party API downtime
  • Force majeure events

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Abuse suppliers or other users.
  • Misuse platform resources.
  • Create security risks.

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

15. Limitation of Liability

TRAVNEXUS is a technology platform.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Hotel overbookings
  • Flight cancellations
  • Supplier failures
  • Visa refusals
  • Delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of profits
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to TRAVNEXUS for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BYO Travelcations Private Limited, its directors, employees and affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the platform.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Inaccurate traveller information.
  • Breach of applicable laws.
  • Disputes with customers or suppliers.

17. Privacy

Your use of TRAVNEXUS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to the Platform

We may:

  • Add new features.
  • Modify existing features.
  • Remove services.
  • Update pricing.
  • Improve integrations.

These changes may occur without prior notice.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amritsar, Punjab, India.
